About

Michael Greenwood and Glenn Fabello, Pelorus Benefits co-founders, bring over 45 years of practical knowledge in the insurance benefits and pension industry. While clients remain their main focus, they also maintain close relationships with product providers to ensure they stay ahead of evolving products and harness the best to benefit their clients.

Pelorus Benefits got its name from the Pelorus, a widely used navigational tool relied upon by mariners in the 19th century to help them establish direction.

In 2000, Michael Greenwood and Glenn Fabello successfully collaborated on a variety of insurance files at a major Canadian life insurer and joined forces to create a full-service group benefits and pension practice.
